So here is the New Reputation System and New Fleet Holding!!

newromulan1newromulan1 Member Posts: 2,229
What do you think? This is from the tribble note and of course is subject to change at any time! I will endeavour to update this with any new info and/or changes.

Spire Fleet Holding:

The fleet system has been expanded and players have access to a new Spire holding.
Fleet Members can contribute to fleet projects to earn XP for their Spire and unlock new tiers, just like with the Embassy and Dilithium Mine holdings.

Can be compared to Embassy and Dilithium Mine for time to progress.
The Spire consists of a space map and an interior map. This holding is located in the Solanae Dyson Sphere.
Completing Tiers in the Spire's main track will cause both maps visuals to become enhanced.
Like the Embassy and Dilithium Mine, the Spire has three tracks:

Spire (main track)

This track gains XP and progresses by completing tiers from the two sub-tracks below.

Research (sub-track)

The Research sub-track gains XP by completing repeatable fleet projects. Once enough XP has been earned, you will be given an Upgrade special project to unlock the next Research tier. Completing this Upgrade project will grant XP for the Spire main track.

Operations (sub-track)

The Operations sub-track gains XP by completing repeatable fleet projects. Once enough XP has been earned, you will be given an Upgrade special project to unlock the next Operations tier. Completing this Upgrade project will grant XP for the Spire main track.

Provisioning

There is a single provisioning type for each sub-track (Operations and Research) as opposed to several types found in the Starbase and Embassy holdings. These Provisions are earned by completing fleet projects. Below are items that can be purchased with the two types of Provisioning:

Research Personal Requisition Provisioning
(Ultra-Rare) Advanced Spire Warp Cores
(Ultra-Rare) Advanced Spire Singularity Cores
(Ultra-Rare) Elite Spire Warp Cores
(Ultra-Rare) Elite Spire Singularity Cores
(Ultra-Rare) Advanced Tactical Consoles Mk XI to XII

Operations Personal Requisition Provisioning
(Ultra-Rare) Personal Ground Kits Mk XI to Mk XII

Warp Cores

Two new base types of Warp Core have been added to the game!

Deuterium-Stabilized Warp Cores grant an increase in resistance to all subsystem power drains.
Plasma-Integrated Warp Cores grant an increase in transfer rate to all subsystem power levels.

Two new base types of Singularity Core have been added to the game!

Thoron-Infused Singularity Cores grant an increase in resistance to all subsystem power drains.
Plasma-Integrated Singularity Cores grant an increase in transfer rate to all subsystem power levels.

New Fleet Ships

Special standard starships and fleet starships become unlocked as you progress through the main Spire track. These must be purchased using Fleet Credits, Fleet Modules and Military Personal Requisition Provisioning from your Starbase. Below are the starships that can be earned and at which Tier they become available:

Spire Tier 1
Spire Tier 2

Fleet Peghqu' Heavy Destroyer - KDF Only*
Fleet Chimera Heavy Destroyer - Starfleet Only*
Fleet Daeinos Heavy Destroyer - Romulan Republic Only*
*NOTE: The above Fleet Ships require that the player owns the existing non-fleet version of the Veteran Ships (1000 day veteran) to be able to purchase them.

Spire Tier 3

Fleet Kar'fi Battle Carrier - KDF Only
Fleet Caitian Atrox Carrier - Starfleet Only
Fleet Ar'Kif Tactical Warbird Retrofit - Romulan Republic Only

Non-Provisioned Rewards

The Spire holding offers a number of rewards that require no personal requisition provisioning and instead only require Fleet Credits. Below is a list of these rewards:

Spire (Main Track)

Discount on Command Credit costs in the Dyson Sphere's ground battle zone
Reduction in Spire Atmospheric Full Impulse speed debuff in the Dyson Sphere's space adventure zone
Reinforcement Capture Bonus in Dyson Sphere's space adventure zone

Operations (Sub-Track)

Uncommon to Very Rare Voth Science Duty Officers
+1 Ground Duty Officer Active Roster Slot
May unlock 1 per character
+1 Space Duty Officer Active Roster Slot
May unlock 1 per character

Dyson Joint Command Reputation:

This new Reputation has been designed based on player feedback and features some quality of life improvements:
Features three progression tokens, each with a specific purpose:

Dyson Joint Command Commendations

This token is earned by completing your first daily mission each day in the Solanae Dyson Sphere.
A single Commendation can be used to kick off a large reputation XP project once every 20 hours. This can be compared to the large XP project found in other reputations. It doesn't require marks or any other resource, only a single Commendation.

Dyson Sphere Marks

This mark is earned by completing repeatable content in the Solanae Dyson Sphere including the ground assault map, space adventure zone and queued events.
These marks are used for equipment projects that award very high quality pieces of equipment.
These marks can also be used to kick off a small reputation XP project once every hour.

Voth Cybernetic Implants

These tokens are earned by completing challenging queued events and by completing the ground assault map.
Voth Cybernetic Implants are used to complete equipment projects for very high quality ground and space set items.
Additionally, these tokens can be used to complete a project that awards a large amount of Dilithium Ore.

General Reputation changes:

A very large amount of reputation experience can be earned per day by completing a single daily reputation project that requires a single Dyson Joint Command Commendation.

Reputation Store Unlocks no longer require a project to be unlocked. Instead, a new store will be unlocked automatically each time a Tier within the reputation is completed.

Completing projects that award reputation XP will immediately also grant a Dyson Equipment Requisition box. These boxes contain a random item that is normal only available from the stores mentioned above.

All Equipment Projects found in the Dyson Joint Command reputation award Mk XII Very Rare items. This means there are no equipment projects for Mk X or Mk XI items. Only the highest quality of items are awarded from these equipment projects.

These high quality equipment projects are available at all tiers of the reputation instead of being locked behind tiers 4 and 5

This new reputation is available in your Reputations panel of your character status window.
Like the Nukara Strikeforce, New Romulus and Omega Force Reputations, this end game feature allows you to earn high end rewards for max level characters.

The Reputation system unlocks at level 50.

Earn Dyson Sphere Marks by completing the following:
Repeatable missions in the Solanae Dyson Sphere
Queued events in the Solanae Dyson Sphere

Tribble phase is still in testing - should you have a feedback after using tribble - you should leave it under that section of the forum - that is where it can get proper Dev attention - this is just for general information

I like the looks of the new reputation system. no more commodoties and other bs things to get and the main 2k rep project uses a once a day item. Nothing like wanting to buy an item slot the project and use the next 3 days worth of marks on it and advancing rep either stops or getting the item is slower.

Another thing I like is no more MK X and MK XI items as well as the MK XII can be purchased at any tier so you can get them right away at level 1 making the rest of the level grind easier.

Fleet holding: (Ultra-Rare) Advanced Tactical Consoles Mk XI to XII

Enough said on the holding lol.

I just can't understand why the Fleet Atrox is available. That means that players can get a much better version of the Atrox by just spending Fleet Credits and Energy Credits instead of Zen or converting Dilithium to Zen. The C-Store Atrox just doesn't have any consoles while the Ar'Kif and Kar'Fi have at least one console that won't be available to people that just bought the Fleet version.

Looking forward to it, I'm a big fan of power creep and this seems like it will be right down my alley. Fleet tactical consoles (if they're not energy specific the special abilities better be good or it won't be worth it imo), +1 active space/ground doffs: this is HUGE. Another rep, cool for passives hopefully it will have a console that is more useful than the existing lobi/rep ones.

ATTN CRYPTIC: please start making ship devices that are reusable to host shinies instead of more consoles, we are running out of console slots even though we wanna buy the good stuff.

C-Store ships are account wide, Fleet ships are one-time purchases.

Someone somewhere bought zen, and with that zen bought fleet ship modules. Fleet ship modules (outside of rare drops from current doff pack) don't appear out of thin air.

Honestly I'm disappointed at the removal of Mk11 stuff. I tend to buy that instead of 12, because its 95% the capability for half the price. Especially on skill boost deflectors or the full impulse modifier on an engine, you don't even notice the difference, but you sure notice having an extra 50k dil leftover.

On the other hand, having the MK XII gear available at all tiers is a very nice change.

Edit: Holy balls 5 tac consoles on the fleet Arky, I must have!

The fleet modules needed to purchase a Fleet Atrox without owning the original ship pretty much cover the price difference, so if it's not actually just as cheap to buy the normal atrox before the fleet, it will be almost so.
Take a look at my Foundry missions!

And each of those examples has a unique console that the C-Store ship has that the Fleet ship doesn't come with. The Atrox has absolutely nothing. Therefore someone who has 20,000 Fleet Credits and 5 million Fleet Credits per Fleet Ship Module will be able to purchase it. The C-Store Atrox needs its own console since the Kar'Fi and Ar'Kif have their own unique consoles. A Caitian Frigate that is only available for owners of the C-Store Atrox would also work. The problem is that people have spent hours on getting enough dilithium for this ship or spent money on it and other people can get a far better version for free.

If you would look at the pictures I linked, the fleet atrox costs 5 fleet ship modules. It's a similar situation to the fleet B'rel as the enhanced battle cloak is built in.

They're "special". Hehe... From later in the patch notes:
Not sure if those will come out of the fleet store or the Rep...

anyways, looks like the Avenger is getting a new skin. :D

Hm, so there will be Voth boffs... but they're Science. And probably only Starfleet or KDF. Pity. But I guess one will make a good replacement for the generic Trill I still haven't replaced since my Caitian got his first roster... supposing he gets into a fleet, anyway. XD

I guessed the Caitian frigates would somehow end up in the new rep grind. It would be nice if you could get them for the C-Store model without all the 'grind'

sssoooo what does the atrox have that warrant a 5 fleet mod cost? that being said....makes me wonder if it gets a reduction due to owning the c-store variant.

I don't have them and they have not been officially listed as of yet. If anyone else knows please list them and I will try to confirm.

Of Course passives and stats of ALL things are usually subject to change right up to launch and usually AFTER launch as well!!!

Holodeck usually becomes the test-bed to see whether a item or passive is " working as intended" and needs adjustment.

The passives and active power are mostly about low health. There is the if you have low health, then you get a buff passives and the if your target has low health, then they get a debuff passives. Tier 4 I believe gives you damage resistance if you have low health or causes more damage to your target when it is at low health for your choices.

I mentioned that the C-Store Atrox should introduce a unique console or a Caitian Frigate that is not included with the Fleet Atrox to make up for the fact that it has absolutely nothing. I haven't heard anything about the devs mentioning a Caitian Frigate being released.

    Sitting at 8.2m.

When no new fleet ships are on offer since LOR they priced around 6.5m with a fluctuation around 1m +/-. pre LOR they were rather steady at 5.5m with a 500k +/- fluctuation. I would expect them to hold steady at about 7m once the Avenger cools down a bit but not down to pre LOR prices since new fleet ships are coming for all factions.

5 fleet ship modules required to get the fleet Atrox and there are quite a few fleet/zen ships where the console is not a selling point or the zen ship is rarely purchased compared to the fleet. FSM have not been 5m EC in quite a few monthes, and really doesnt matter how much EC they go for because they cost the same zen regardless and many people buy them just to sell for EC and many people buy them off the exchange to get the fleet ships. Cryptic makes money from people buying FSM's and selling them on the exchange and they make money from the zen ships, and they make more money from those buying a zen ship then a FSM for the fleet version. All makes them more money than offering just one.

Also some of those consoles on the zen versions... garbage. not every console from a zen ship that has a fleet ship is worth getting like metreon canister and the nebula sensor thing that is as usefull as a hole on the top of your head. Some may be great and worth getting but not all.

Whoa, the Fleet Ar'kif gets 5 tac consoles? I always thought the Armitage only had 4 because the hangar was sort of equivalent to another tac console in damage potential. I guess the Romulans needed another 5 tac console ship...
