Heavy Destroyer question for avid Tribble testers

Greetings all.

I have tested on Tribble, but my fleet does not exist on Tribble.

So really I have two questions...

1. Is there a way for me to test fleet ships on Tribble without being in a fleet?

2. If that isn't possible, has anyone seen or tested a fleet version of Chimera? I read a post about a week ago that said it was on Tribble.

If you have tested, what are its stats? I fly one on Holo.. and would love to get a fleet version. Hoping also that it has a cloaking device, as all the other vet ships have one... :(

    The only way to test these ships on Tribble is to get into a Fleet that unlocks the Tier 2 Spire on Tribble. The good news is that the cooldown for Fleet Holdings are about a few seconds on Tribble so they can be developed faster. As far as the cloaking device goes, the Fleet Chimera has higher shields than the other Fleet Veteran ships go so it is unlikely.

    The Stats for the Fleet Chimera are

    Base Hull: 37,950
    Shield Modifier: 0.99
    4 Engineering Consoles, 4 Tactical Consoles, and 2 Science Consoles

    The Fleet Peghqu' has a shield modifier of 0.92.

    My question is the Fleet version LTS only or available to everyone?
    I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001. :confused:

    you have to be LTS OR 1k day sub to get it, as you have to be able to get the normal version also

    its in the tribble patch notes for today 10/11/13 if you want to check it

    Fortunately, since you're required to have the standard version available first, you only need one fleet module.

    so its expected that the only way to unlock fleet chimera will be through building up fleet holdings in the new vorn expansion? not thru existing shipyards?

    I dont expect cloaking on chimera to compete with other LTS ships, but it should have comparable stats to a fleet avenger due to similar size and class.

    They should make a 2-piece set bonus for equipping both chimera and avenger consoles on 1 of the 2 ships. This would make the most sense compared to the cloak synergy provided currently.

    Both the Avenger Console and the Chimera Console are only useable on 1 ship, and that's the one they come with, and it's Fleet version.

    The only way to get the Fleet Chimera is to have the standard Chimera. And I for one think that's fair.
