The Lobi Store seems to be broken

I have everything I need to purchase the Jem'Hadar Space Set...

476 Lobi and I need 200
1 Jem'Hadar Combat Impulse Engines Mk XI
1 Jem'Hadar Deflector Dish Mk XI
1 Jem'Hadar Resilient Shields Mk XI

When I hover my mouse over the buy button it says I have everything to purchase the item however when I click to buy it nothing happens. I have bought this item on other characters so I know how it works, the Mk XI items should disappear along with 200 lobi leaving me with 276 lobi but that does not happen and I just keep all my lobi and the MK XI items and no space set box appears in my inventory like it is supposed to..:confused:

    I may have discovered what the problem is. The promotion mission to Vice Admiral will not complete. It says I have to go talk to Admiral Quinn at Earth Space Dock and I will receive 945 skill points and 825 expertise and the mission will not complete and I don't get the skill points or the expertise, again nothing happens :confused:

    Not sure this will help, but go to the ESD shipyard and talk to the woman who sells new starships. That might complete the mission.

    I'm fairly certain it's due to you having some of the crystals in your overflow bag -- move them into your main inventory and you should be good to go :)

    No matter how I do this it won't work on this character. I have the lobi in my main inventory, I even took 276 lobi and put them into my account bank so that I would have just the correct amount in my inventory. Then I did all of the missions over again to get new Jem'Hadar Mk XI items after I had completed the promotion mission to Vice Admiral and I still can not purchase the Jem'Hadar Space Set.

    As I stated I have done this at least 4 times on other characters so I do know how this should work. I am just completely stumped on this so I guess I will submit a ticket on it and see if I get any satisfaction from that.. thank you for your suggestion though and just so you know I had the lobi in my main inventory at all times during this problem so that was not the problem at all.

    Also as I said I was having trouble getting the promotion mission to Vice Admiral to complete, however I did get the promotion mission to complete after logging out and back in, it then completed with all the sounds associated with completing missions...still stumped and can't figure it out at all... :(

    Investigating this further I now realize that I can not purchase any items in the list in the Lobi store under "Space Gear"

    Seeing as I had 2 of each of the Jem'Hadar Items I noticed there was an item that required two of them The Tachyonetic Convertor Console, I can not purchase it either. Then I tried to purchase anything on the list that require those Jem'Hadar items, and I can not purchase any of it....

    This is with my Lobi and the Jem'Hadar items in the first slots in my inventory so I don't see how that can be considered to be in my "overflow bag" as you suggested. Also my inventory is not full so I do not see how anything would be placed into an "overflow bag".

    Ok I finally did figure this all out and I have the Space Set now, and you were correct Mr. Branflakes, 4 lobi were in my overflow bag and even though I also had more then enough lobi in my main inventory for some reason it would not allow the purchase to go through until I took those 4 lobi from the overflow bag...thank you for your help! :D
