They going to make Section 31 starship in Star Terk online

Let face it Section 31 has fleet some kind or another simple question why Star Trek online not making for at least Federation faction?

    Why does a Section 31 ship need to be different then any other ship? Can't a S31 operative fly around in a Defiant? :)
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    Uh, no, because unlike the Tal Shiar and Obsidian Order, Section 31 understands that a secret organization is supposed to be just that; secret.

    Whereas the other two groups built up their own fleet and put their officers openly on 'normal' vessels, if you'll watch DS9, S31 used simple freighters, manipulated people into doing what they want and rarely showed themselves openly, Their existance would've remained a secret if they hadn't underestimated Bashir's belief in 'doing the right thing'.

    Arguing to give Section 31 their own ships is like arguing to give... the 'Kirk Cabal' their own ships, it makes no sense since both groups operate more or less behind the scenes of the already existing Starfleet and Federation organizations.

    This is basically what I see the new Avenger Class to be. Though, it's not actually Section 31 members flying it, but instead captains that they basically have under their thumb.

    I mean seriously, a battle cruiser? The only way that that could have made it into production is if a high up admiral was pressured by them into allowing it to be built. It's even capable of using the cloaking console (though doesn't actually come with it). The whole ship just screams S31 to me.

    If you are asking to have the Vengeance from JJ Abrams cheap attempt at remaking Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, I could support having a variation of it added as a cruiser.

    Like many others above have said, Section 31 is not a paramilitary force with an active fleet. They are a rouge conspiracy that operates much like a decentralized terrorist cell(s).

    And yes, I'm pretty damn sure the Avenger was a S31 initiative. But that's just the tinfoil hat talking.

    Well, the Avenger is clearly modeled after the Vengeance, which was itself a Section 31 project in the Abramsverse.
