Battlecruiser doesn't come with Cloacking Device

EDIT: To be clear, it DOES have cloaking device, but the console is 'sold separately' and if you want to use the cloaking device in your new brand battlecruiser, you'll have to purchase another ship along with it.
...you'll need to purchase a Defiant or a Galaxy-X to have it, in order to use cloacking device in the new ship.

Cryptic, if you want me to buy a ship with cloacking device, you'll provide it with the appropiate console from store.
OR,
If you want me to buy the Galaxy or the Defiant to fully enjoy the new ship, you'll need to pack the three of em in a bundle, not before fixing their awful boff layout, in both C-store and fleet version.

2nd Edit: It seems that this picture I've used as proof is from the fleet version, and that'd be reasonable as long as the C-Store version would give the cloack console... I'm too lazy to download Redshirt, so we're waiting for confirmation of the C-Store version comming with its correspondent Cloacking Device Console.

Guess Cryptic have finally heard Galaxy-X is not very appreciated by the community and that's a way to turn the sales up, instead of working on a galaxy overhaul...
But the console is still only a basic cloak and not super effective. Plus it takes up a whole console slot.

I assume this is about the new avenger class coming out. Why would it have a cloaking device? the only fed ships that have them are the defiant and the gal x and that is only because the on screen version had them.
second, these consoles are tier 5 and specific to their ship. you cant buy one and put it on the new ship.
Yes you can. And we knew about this ship some weeks ago preciselly because we knew from tibble we'd gonna get a battlecruiser with cloacking capabilities. The battlecruiser with cloacking device is here (well not yet, almost here), and if you want to use its cloacking device you need to purchase the cloacking console from the defiant or the galaxy-x in order use the new battlecruiser's cloacking capabilities.
at the moment we dont know anything. the actual ship is not on tribble (unless ive really missed something) and you are using a tidbit of information that may or may not be accurate.
remember the monbosh ship? came with a cloak. except it was never meant to have a cloak and got removed even after it went live. they screwed up, so until you see a blog or have one on holodeck we dont know what it will have.
it is likely that the ship will not be able to use a cloak and the info is wrong, and if it does then it would then be likely that it would come with a cloak installed. i doubt they would give you the ability to use it without supplying one as that would be the first ship they have released that can cloak, without being able to do so from the moment you buy it.
edit - because its an actual battlecruiser they probably copied over the default klingon ship type and not made the adjustment.
At this point doubting how money grabbing PWE is is kinda believing to much in the mankind

You are looking at a fleet variant. Fleet ships do not come with consoles. You have to buy the c-store version to get the console.
This thing is basically a Fed variation on the Fleet Tor'kaht. Tor'kaht is at least allowed to remain slightly better in certain respects.
I suppose it's kinda fair, really, since the Fleet Varanus is basically a KDF variation of a Federation science ship and doesn't quite match up to it.
Just further proof factional differences are being done away with, bit by bit.
It could be the c-store version has the cloak, and its just badly worded to suggest you can also get the cloak from the other two ships if you want.
i think this is still a wait and see situation.
Sure and I'd probably remove it from the ship if I'm gonna do some STFs but the 'anyways' arent the point I try to bring here, is the possibility of having a C-Store cloacking battlecruiser that requires you to purchase another ship -casually and usually disliked by the community that demands an overhaul for it-...

This boff layout only allows the Avenger to DPS, and DPS only. Whereas the Gal-X still has enough Eng to switch between healing support and a A2B BFAWboat that has enough self-heals to survive making everything on the map angry.

Heh, it's still better than the translation of the term in some games I played.
The German version of X-Wing vs Tie Fighter translated "cloaking device" as "cloaca device", meanig the Emperor's shuttle had a functioning toiled but not a cloak.;)
Problems with that: The Fleet version of the Defiant has less than desirable layout, worse for an Escort like that potential than the Galaxy layout for a Cruiser, or at pair... Secondly, that's personal, I'd have the Prometheus in my wish list first, and with that Battlecruiser I wouldnt minded acquiring both, but now... You see, lot of people has their own situation, forcing you to choose between purchasing a ship without its full potential or having to acquire another ship you may not want or you may dont have the money to buy toghether (or the time to farm for it...) is a lame movement by PWE.
I hope Cryptic fix that.

I hate TRIBBLE grammars, but when it comes to english native speakers correcting my poor english I find it a favour to me, not an insult

All I am crying about is that this had to be a fed ship. Fed now have two 5forwardweapon ships (or 4, if you count all different Andorians as different ships). The Romulans have one (or 3, if you count all Dreadnoughts as different ships).
And where stays that Klingon Bird-of-Prey with 5 forward weapons????

Yes you can use the token on the Defiant-R. But some (like me) may have already used it on the Galaxy or Intrepid Retrofits.
This should have been a Klingon battlecruiser for justice, indeed. But that's not the case so we have to get with what we have. A Fed ship that comes with cloak... but sold separately...
