Mouse can't use entire screen??

Tried to log onto Tribble yesterday and a few days before, and I don't know why, but my mouse can only use half the screen......
It's hard to describe, but it's like my mouse will only be able to move within a screen-shaped area, until it gets to about half way across my screen or two thirds of the way down, and it won't be able to move any further, almost like that's the edge of the screen (only it's not because I can see the game beyond that.
Any ideas?
