aceton beam and Tal Shiar adapted set

so i have a quick question about the multi-spectral particle generator ability of the set when using aceton beam. Does it only apply a bonus radiation DoT or does is stack? for example if the aceton beam does (100) DoT and the set bonus does (100) DoT, am i applying a total of (200)?

also what other Boff abilities benefit from this set?
