Question About Tomorrow's Patch

Release Notes say:
Romulan Temporal Ship R'Mor no longer unpacks with 2 Tipler Cylinder consoles.

This is something I intended to send a ticket about and kept forgetting to do. Will the duplicate be automatically removed safely from my inventory, or can I do it myself now safely? I hadn't done it yet as I wasn't sure what the result might be.

I'm sure you could delete it safely to begin with. I think now unboxing a new one won't give the dupes.

Copy your character to redshirt and try it and you will know for sure. Although, I would assume that you could have deleted either Tipler Cylinder if they were completely identical before this patch without any problem.

You could have deleted the duplicate console at any time. I doubt they'll remove it, they're not doing to delete an item from your inventory.

I highly doubt they will delete anything from your inventory,. It does not hurt having two of the same item and you can get multiple consoles on c-store ships by claiming them over and over so its not in cryptic's interest to try and delete one of them as that is just more work for them which potentially bad results. they will just leave it for you to sort out.

just wait 10 hours and see what happens after the patch. that is the safest thing.

I deleted the redundant console from my inventory and still have the one on my R'Mor.
