Fleet Weapon Provisioning?

WHat Task do we need to start/do to provision Fleets Weapons? (I.E. the Fleet Advanced [Weapon Names Here] )

Our tiny fleet of friends and family simply don't know how to get more weapons. We've found plenty of ships, we know how to get science and operations buffs, but the weapons provisions are eluding us.

    Fleet weapons, both ground and space, use Engineering Personal Requisition provisions. The project is "Provision Personal Equipment from Engineering."

    Provisioning projects only give provisions for the equipment unlocked by that specific Fleet Holding. Fleet Ships are unlocked by the Military upgrades so your fleet needs to do Military Provision projects. Fleet Engineering Consoles are unlocked by the Trade upgrades so your fleet needs to do Trade Provision projects. Fleet Warp Cores are unlocked by the Development upgrades so your fleet needs to do the Development Provision projects. Since Engineering upgrades unlocks Fleet Weapons, then your fleet needs to do Engineering Provision projects.
