Borg Shield Neutralizer Proc

Sometimes when this procs it shows, often times it procs but the proc doesn't show. This happens quite frequently in Kerrat but has also occurred (less frequently) in some stfs.

    it is not broken its a dice roll every time you get hit with energy weapons.

    I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the ability, I'm saying the fact that it is proc'd doesn't always show up on the buff/debuff bar.

    You may be getting hit with their Tachyon Beam, that does the same thing but no proc icon

    Perhaps that may be the case, does this have a beam graphic that I should keep an eye out for? Is it also cleared by hazard emitters?

    Suppose to be a silver beam and yes. Hazard emitters does clear it...don't know what the above guy is going on about

    Are you sure Tachyon Beam is cleared by Hazard Emitters? Because last time I checked, it wasn't...
