Fireing+Shields

Hi guys im new here what do I type in the chat box to fire beams and distribute my shields at the same time?

I've tried google but all I could find was guides on making keybinds (which is beyond me)

Look up the Keybinds for Dummies thread. It has what you are looking for and even goes into bind file use, which is a more indepth use of key binds than just the chat box line.
