Starbase Fleet Hologram/Emblem

Hello all,
(Apologies and pls move if this is the wrong thread)
Requesting a Fleet Emblem on fleet starbases, and if possible an indoors Fleet emblem "welcoming" hologram.:)
With so many fleets maxing out their starbases (yay to you all) it would be very cool if we could personalize our starbases/embassies/mines.
Ships can be adorned with customizable fleet emblems, and we would like to see one on the outside of our starbase - a large one!
But more than that, with many non-fleet visitors entering our base(s) it would be very cool to have a large floating fleet emblem hologram to welcome them.
Similar to the 2012 Winter Event Breen ship hologram.
Of course, I realize that with customizable fleet emblems there are a gazillion combinations possible, and turning those into a 3D rotating hologram is asking a bit too much.
I would quite happily settle for a fixed, large, non-rotating 2D image taking the place of the 2012 Winter hologram (the starship fleet emblem could function as a ready template).
On a similar note; there are many projects to upgrade our sb/emb/mines, but none to really customize them (eg change interior colors). Perhaps an idea for the +Tier projects.
P.S.: No Win Scenario title/plaque/flag for starbase wall ? Just an idea.:P
