I personally like the Omega set for Escorts. (Raptor = Escort = Destroyer. 7 Weapons, Lots of Tac abilities and 15-ish turn)

3 Piece bonus is a DPS boost, 2 Piece bonus is Tetryon Glider (Every shot hurts every shield facing) Although I don't like the shield effect I think the Engine effect works on Klingon ships.

KHG is a good set for almost anything Klingon, especially with a Torpedo tube on your boat. And it's shield is Plasmonic Leech friendly.

Adapted KHG not really a fan of.

Borg is good for passive heals but I feel an Escort is too flimsy to rely on it. That being said I have a Garumba with 2P Borg and KHG Shield.

Wow there are still a ton of sets. The Crystal set is a joke, it's fantasticly survivable but 1500 Nukara tokens is a horrible horrible grind. Romulan/Reman sets have weak shields IMO. Jem
Hadar is good for Polarons, Breen is kinda junk unless you got Transphasics but the KHG might be better for Torpedoes.

Basic Raptor

Use Quantums instead of Romulan Hyper Plasma and use a 3rd Turret instead of KCB.

Using Beta patterns instead of Omegas means you need to change TSS1 to PH1. Aux2SIF can replace RSP1 but an Engineer might need more shields than Hull.

I used Disruptors, AP is also a good choice. Disruptors help your team more, AP is better for Solo use.

Blank Consoles, use a Universal or a Field Generator.

Klingon Honour Guard, it looks bad TRIBBLE, comes with the best gun in the game and has a built in heal on a 45s timer. Use a Split Beam or Sniper with it and it's awesome.

All my assumptions are based on you having no fleet and no access to good gear, and the complete lack of information provided.
