Cannot Capitalize Title

Cannot capitalize my mission title. My mission (A TIME TO SEARCH) appears in all lower case in the listings.
A TIME TO SEARCH: ENTER MY FOUNDRY MISSION at the RISA SYSTEM
Parallels: my second mission for Fed aligned Romulans.

    Have you tried making your title a bit less loud? WHEN YOU WRITE IT LIKE THIS, IT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE YELLING.

    Have you tried capitalising every first letter instead? Like "A Time To Search"?

    Yes, it has been republished multiple times and is still all in lower case.

    But I was yelling ;). I couldnt just type the text as capitalizing each word. When I capitalize the whole thing the project stayed all capitalized in the foundry editor but when It was published it is all lower case and the feedback I get is that this makes it look unfinished.

    I think they mean did you try not having the entire title in caps
