Why did you remove this?

So i went to go into my ship interior and go to the crew deck, walk up to the barskeeper, or whatever you call him, but i noticed the feature must've been removed. The feature that allowed me to make drinks with doffs. It wasn't transferred to menu-driven, because i have absolutely NO doff assignments available whatsoever. Why did you remove this? I mean, i cannnot make drinks, which is okay, i guess, but kind of ruined a feature there, but i cannot make hypos, cannot make those experimental weapons, and the list goes on and on and on. Why did you remove it?
