Is it me, or do Rom Doffs have lots of red traits.

At least for a lot of Sci/Eng related things, or am I wrong?

    It ain't just you. The mix of traits for Rom doffs doesn't seem to match up with the mission crit requirements all that well, at least in comparison to the mix of doffs your average Fed captain has.

    Unscrupulousness tends not to be well-rewarded on the Fed side. Shoulda gone KDF, lots of opportunities for skulduggery there.
