Romulan Boff with APB3

Any non-tac captains done this? Cannot work out how to do it myself.

    You have to find another Romulan tac captain to train it for you.

    Sorry, I meant the embassy boffs. They're untradeable as far as I can see.

    I managed to get my embassy rom tac boffs trained ok for my engy toon.

    Just make sure you unequip all gear from the boffs inventory first. Only tradeable if 'naked' ;)

    The last embassy boff i had trained via trade came back without a head, only eyes and ears so think carefully if its worth it.

    Oh right, cool. I'm sure I tried the normal strip 'n trade and it wouldn't let me do it.

    I've had the eyeballs only thing before just from loading their status. Reminded me of that old vhs tape advert with the skeleton: Rerecord, not fade-away.
