Returning player- Questions regarding Temporal Sci viability

Hey there forumers,

In a couple weeks I'll have a computer capable of playing again, and I'm considering returning to the game. The largest question on my mind right now is whether to start a new character or return to mainly playing my Klingon-faction scientist's Temporal Science Vessel.

Is the Temporal Science Vessel still viable for end-game PVP focused healing/debuffing? I used to have a helluva fun time zipping around bringing allies back from the brink of death, while irritating the heck out of Feddies, and I'd like to know if I'll still be able to do such- Or if the state of the game has shifted to where my once useful ship is now obsolete.

Thanks for the replies!

The big spike maneuver is getting nerfed, so ya...healing/debuffing will still be plenty annoying
    Chive on and prosper, eh?

The Temporal science vessel is still one of the best (if not the best) science ship availible in STO for any faction.
Don't worry, it's still viable in every portion of the game content of STO.
