Mirror Hull Textures

We are all familiar by now with the mirror hull texture you can get on some ships, but why haven't they been available for all ships after you have bought all the mirror ships for one faction (including the temporal destroyers)
I'm proposing that we could have the mirror hull texture unlocked for all of the ships you own even if they aren't originally a mirror ship, it seems a bit far-fetched to have it stay on the mirror ships only.
Or alternatively there could be a special pack on the C-Store for the mirror hull texture plus along with some mirror ship variants and some ship registration options :cool: for example:

Mirror Patrol Cruiser (mirror Galaxy)
4 forward weapons, 4 aft weapons, Consoles: Tactical 4, Science 1, Engineering 4.
Bridge officer layout: Commander engineering, Lt.Commander Tactical, 2x Lieutenant science, ensign engineering
Shield Modifier: 1.1
Special console: Universal - Beam array enhancement console - Increases your energy beam array weapon damage by 1000 for 12 secs, it also has a 40% chance to procure piercing damage upon a direct energy modulation
+1000 energy weapon damage to all types
all of the above is jsut an example though and it could have the ICC and ISS registries added to it too

Not quite lol, im proposing new mirror ships so really if you jsut want the mirror hull texture then theres no point in new ships
