Build Suggestions: Sci Capt in Temporal Destroyer

The title pretty much sums it up. I am a Romulan Sci Captain in a Temporal Destroyer. I am looking for help with a PVP build that will allow me to control and put out some damage.

I am tabula rasa here so suggestions are much appreciated.

    Don't start your sci career in escort. It takes lots of skill for that. Start it in sci ship until u learn to use your sci capt powers properly. To learn to pilot escort start tac captain.
