I was at the swearing in ceremony for my LA City Council member in Van Nuys and it just so happens to be in the Japanese Gardens where the Tillman Reclamation Plant is... the exterior shot location for Starfleet Command & Starfleet Academy in TNG/DS9/VOY/ENT along with being the surface for the planet Edo in TNG's episode Justice. The actual gardens also served as the surface of Betazed.

    Way Cool. Too bad there is no Golden Gate in the picture. Maybe they move the building by the 22nd century. :)
