One of my new characters hit lvl 40 yesterday. Since it seemed kinda boring to keep doffing it up to 50 and just equip it with a Charal, the usual lockbox/fleet consoles and weapons, I was inspired by a thread that appeared here a few months back, and tried to find out as to how much value I could get out off my escort on a low budget.
As the upper budget limit i used the money i got from running a single foundry farm event. (Fed Farm 102 by graaw2012), which amounted to 547.000 EC.

In the end I'm quite happy with the outcome. I parsed a few normal STFs so far and came out at an average of 6.208 DPS for Cure Space and 5.998 DPS for Infected Space.
Hull: 41.006, Shields. 5.896 Shields, 65% Def, 33 max impulse, 46 deg turn rate, power levels: 125W - 39S - 97E - 29A
