Screenshot keybind - not playing!

I want to take a screenshot with the ui while not logged on to a character: ie, this page (so it displays the name and stuff).

I've tried binding the screenshot_ui_jpg command to a key in the chat box in both ground and space, but that doesn't seem to do the job here.

    To my knowledge, the game automatically removes the UI when capturing the screen. The easiest way around this, is to add STO to steam, and use Steam to take the screenshots.
