The standard Odyssey and Bortasqu' Basic Uniforms can no longer be purchased by Romulan captains in their Starbases and Embassies.
Why do both Starfleet and now KDF players get access to Romulan specific clothing, while Romulans are prevented form wearing the Starfleet/KDF fleet clothing?
In terms of equality, shouldn't the release notes read:
-Klingon-allied Romulans now have access to purchase the Senate Robes from their Embassy.
-The Senate Robes can no longer be purchased by Starfleet captains in their Embassies.
Or just give Romulans the same rights as their Fed/KDF brothers to wear both Starbase and Embassy outfit...
We will be bringing down the Tribble server for maintenance to apply a new update: ST.31.20130803a.21
General
Klingons and Klingon-allied Romulans now have access to purchase the Senate Robes from their Embassy.
Only available once your fleet has unlocked the uniform.
Into the Hive Ground
The door to the Queen's chamber opens once the queen is dead to give respawned players access to their loot.
The floor hazard will no longer kill players during cutscenes.
Resolved an issue where a crash would occasionally occur while using the tailor.
All bolt and beam polaron weapons now use unique polaron sound effects.
Increased the volume of the sound effects for the separation and joining of the Vulcan ship D?kyr.
Finally the KDF embassy robes! Hope I have enough fleet credits for it. My fleet is pretty active and all dil mine and starbase projects are filled every day when I log in. (We finished the embassy a few months ago)
As for the tailor crashes, could you be more specific? There were 2 different crashes. One was clicking on the bridge officer in the second slot on some characters. The other, which happened every single time and I tested it 5 times in a row, was the view settings. Any time you try to change the costume slot view, whether for your costumes or boffs, the game would crash to desktop. I.e., if you have the view set to large preview and try to change it to small preview or list it would crash. No matter which view it is set to, any view you try to change it to it would happen.
Edit: Thank you very much for everything though. I've been waiting to get those robes on my klingon for months. And I have boffs on multiple characters that need a facelift but I've been afraid of the crashing until it was fixed.
The door to the Queen's chamber opens once the queen is dead to give respawned players access to their loot.

Glad to finally see these issues getting addressed, nothing more frustrating than completing the mission and having the whole team get wiped out in the cutscene, and then respawn behind a force field and can't get the loot.

This is honestly a pretty bad post and shouldn't of been made. It screams of pettiness. By all appearances the Bortasqu' and Odyssey uniforms are removed due to a bug where Romulans were able to purchase them but not consistently use them. While the KDF are getting access to the robes because a long standing bug since the Embassy came out prevented them from buying them.
Stop trying to suggest someone else get screwed over just because you lost something you couldn't even properly use in the first place.
The armor from the Mk XII Jem'Hadar ground set- from the Lobi store- has a nice visual that apparently doesn't work on KDF players. And some parts of the KHG Mk XII costume are missing for some players.
We were informed by Branflakes in another section of the forums that a fix for the long load times in the Foundry map preview is live with this build.
First, I have tested this by doing the things that seemed to cause the long load times in the past, namely adding objects or npcs from the right-hand menu. I'm happy to report that all load times were under 20 seconds no matter what I added. Not sure how it will respond in the live environment with more concurrent Foundry users, but there's no way to know that and it may not even be a factor. So for now, it seems kudos are in order. Thanks for this fix.
Second, this change was not in the patch notes. There has been a rash of Foundry updates lately that have not made it into the patch notes, neither on Tribble nor on Holodeck. This includes the Romulan costume creator options and non-functional Romulan mission creation ability and more. The Foundry Roundtable crew (led by me in this case to be perfectly honest) had a big discussion on this in the episode of our podcast that went live just yesterday that this does a disservice to the community, especially when there are things that need to be tested by authors. If it isn't in the patch notes, how do we know to come test it for you? Please look into whomever should be providing this information and make sure they get it to you to be put in the patch notes. Thank you.
Since you guys are currently at it and fix the older bugs, when can the KDF finally see it's Marauding-Rank-4-Boff getting fixed? As a reminder: Those boffs can't be edited at the tailor at all, every change you TRY to apply even the slightest change gets undone at once.
The Fed counterpart, the Diplomacy-Rank-4-Boffs, work just fine in this regard.
After all, we were told two years ago that "top men are working on it", right here:

Bortas was fully functional, at least until they removed it. And I'm glad KDF got access to the Senate Robe, enabling them to finally get the outfit they've been promised.
However it should still be allowed to point out the inconsistency within this move: While Starfleet and KDF officers have/get access to both, Romulans are down one outfit. You might consider that pettiness, but I do care and want my Romulans to have the same options as everyone else has.

As far as I know the Bortas uniform was missing it's skirt option, just like the KHG is missing it's Be'ves option (the cleavage window) right now.

Well "fully functional" as "same features KDF gets from the unlock".
The Bortas skirt is missing for KDF as well (along some other stuff the Starbase mannequins show, and was indeed also missing for KDF aligned Romulans).

The Senate Robe isn't a "uniform". Romulans should not under any circumstance be able to set a Federation or KDF uniform to wear, nor should the Federation or KDF be able to wear designated Romulan uniforms.
If you want to wear a specific factions uniform, roll a character of that faction.
Klingons and Klingon-allied Romulans now have access to purchase the Senate Robes from their Embassy.
Nice, does that change the chance for a KDF Marauding-BO-Fix from icecold to cold?
Beta, LTA, CE, Multiple preorder Versions, all Addon Packs except AoY, nearly all KDF/Rom and ~50% of all Fedships, over 25 LockboxShips, Endurer of Atari's "Year of Hell", but...
Romulans should not under any circumstance be able to set a Federation or KDF uniform to wear, nor should the Federation or KDF be able to wear designated Romulan uniforms.
As far as I'm concerned the August 29 patch on Holodeck is the correct solution to the fleet uniform problem. KDF or Federation personnel serving on Romulan crews can wear the Bortasq' or Odyssey uniforms respectively. Romulans can wear neither.
With that said, it would be nice if KDF personnel on Starfleet crews (via Diplomacy) and Starfleet personnel on KDF crews (via Marauding) could wear the appropriate fleet uniforms. Might require a visit to an opposing faction starbase?
It would also be nice if Romulan bridge officers obtained from the Fleet Embassy could wear Republic uniforms.

It would be nice if we could edit them in the tailor, I have an romulan embassy officer that I traded to train that came back very broken looking (2 of them as a matter of fact). Behold the faceless, torsoless visage of my bridge officer.
[*]Klingons and Klingon-allied Romulans now have access to purchase the Senate Robes from their Embassy.
Wohoo. Thats the best ever! Thats what we need YEEEE! craptic and perfect fail! Cant wait for it.
I hope one day reputation tier unlock will cost some ZEN! like 5k tier 1, 10k tier 2. That would be awesome. And some T-shirts with dev's picture on it for 600k zen. ppl would buy it trust me.

It would be nice if we could edit ANY Romulan BOFF. Every one I've made the minute I go into Satra CTD... But hey least we patched the shiny new stuff before working on old issues right? SQUIRREL! /SMH

Woosh! Thank the Maker!
Yay, I'm glad this hasn't been forgotten since it was first listed on Known Issues back on February 14.
Still waiting on a fix to the bug where all fleet progress is blanked until you change instance.

Wow... Maybe the KHG uniforms and the jem hadar body armor costume for kdf toons is next. Hopefully anyways.
