Odyssey Uniform

I've been playing STO for 3 years now and haven't seen an Odyssey uniform: http://imgur.com/a8xFe

Where can I get one. It's nice and would go with my Odyssey class ship.

    Fleet starbase, talk to the tailor in the room with the weapon vendors.

    The starbase has to be level 3, and the fleet has to have completed the upgrade project to enable the tailor. To buy the uniform will cost you Fleet Credits and Dilithium, but I can't remember how much of each off the top of my head.

    16,500 dilithium, I don't think fleet credits are involved at all.

    They are. I think it's about 8000.

    Right. 16,000 dilithium and 8000 fleet credits on a Tier 3 base that has completed the tailor project. And it's a per-character unlock, so if you're got a lot of characters it can get expensive.

    Don't think I'll be getting it then since I'm neither in a fleet nor do I have 8000 fleet credits.

    One gripe I have about that uniform is the lack of Open Uniform content. Most of the uniforms I have unlocked also have an Open variant. However, there seems to be no such option for the Odyssey uniforms. I just want to be the hot Vulcan from the front page.
