Nebula Class PVP Build Suggestions?

So, I got a Nebula last week (yes, the freebie kind) and I plan to upgrade it with a single fleet module. Now, I've seen quite a few science ships do well at PVP, and so I'm wondering... What would be a good BoFF layout/equipment selection for my Nebula? I currently have the full Jem'Hadar set, Phased Polaron, Dominion Polaron and some regular, Very Rare Mk XII equipment. I have a tac captain, but I tend to use science skills a lot. Any suggestions?
