Fleet Nova Class build for review

I'm the type to switch ships every so often... go figure that now I switched to the Fleet Nova after using the Vesta Class for 3 months.

A few things to note:
1) I did get the Elachi universal console from the Lobi Store but that's not an option that I see currently. So the MK XI purple Particle Generator is there for now on the skill planner
2) Not sure if I'm happy with the Tachyon Beam 2 for the Lt. Sci spot... any thoughts for an offensive power?
3) My power levels are set to balance and are as follows: W 76/50, S 76/50, E 77/50, A 96/50
4) I'm at 39K hull at the moment... which is about the same I had on the Vesta. But not sure if I can push it past 40K. I shouldn't push my luck I guess
5) My hull resists are at 25% currently for energy and kinetic damage... I will get the MK XII version of the Fleet neutronium armor when it is avail but I am curious if this is wise overall.
6) With a shield regen rate of 203 and a 15K shield facing, this is decent... debating if I should go grab the regular Mk XII MACO out of storage but not sure if I want to give up the Adapted MACO Shield bonus for placate.

    Seeing as you have no armor consoles equipped I sure hope those shields last you a long time. Otherwise if even one side drops and a good hit gets though that ship will pop like a balloon.

    Also, Tachyon Beam is nearly useless for the amount of shields that it drains. Tractor Beam would be a much better choice, with the Tractor Beam Officer doff if you really want to drain shields.

    You should use all your power pre-sets, not just set to balance and sit there. As it stands, your weapons have a total energy drain of (48 - 10 ) = 38 Using your Balance Setting, two shots fire at 76 weapons power, 3rd shot @ 66, 4th shot @ 56, 5th shot @ 48. In addition, you have Plasmonic Leech but 0 points into Flow Capacitors - this will severely limit your ability to replenish used weapon power.

    This is for PVE only... I don't PVP unless I have to.

    Not sure if I want to keep Plasmonic Leach though... As an engineer I can get power from different areas.

    I'll def put more power in Weapons though
