Reputation System doesn't seem to work!

Hello everyone, although I somehow made it to level 50 I am still new to some things, such as the reputation system. From reading other posts, I gathered that there should be some missions and also a leveling up system involved. I looked where the in-game prompts told me, but found nothing. So I completed some STfs and still nothing showed up, other than an in-game message saying I had increased to Omega Force reputation rank II. Could this just be a bug, or am I just completely missing something? Any help would be much appreciated.

    Read through this to get the basic idea of how Rep works.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    The basic concept is that you do missions to earn Marks, and then you use those Marks in your Reputation tab to select fleet-like missions that grant you XP which raises your Tier.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire.     Thank you for the article, I read through it and it was very helpful. However I noticed in the pictures that were attached to the article that there were different tabs, for the Events, Nukara Strikeforce, New Romulus, and Task Force Omega Reputation systems. For me only the "Events" tab shows up. I have completed all of the main story line missions, so I would assume that the others would show up, but alas they do not.

    If I were guessing I'd have to as if you spent all your Skill Points? IIRC, you're not officially a 50 until you've spent all your points.

    This is not necessary. I have a ferasan engineer who is level 50 with maxed out omega and romulan rep and t3 nukara but has only spent 8,000 skill points (it was required to clear a tutorial mission or I'd have spent none at all).

    Because I always get asked: The character exists to help me learn to play the game and not rely on my build to do it for me.

    Only the Romulan Reputation has (proper) missions associated with levelling through a reputation system. There are 4 missions in total, and when you do mission #4 when at Tier 5, you get a reward of RM and 32k dilithium. So the advice is to not do #4 as soon as it's available but wait until T5.

    The Nukara / Tholian Rep gives a reward of NM and Dilithium (maybe 32k) when you reach Tier 5 and complete a 'go and talk to' mission on Nukara. Not a proper mission by well worth the trip. In fact typing this has just reminded me that I need to go and do that now.

    The Omega Rep gives a reward of OM, BNP and Dilithium (I'm guessing 9K) when you complete Tier 5, but no mission of any sort.
