Why doesn't my foundry qualify?

This qualification system doesn't work. It hurts the people truly making foundries like a Star Trek episode instead of the ones exploiting it.

I've tried everything to get this foundry qualified. It's 20-30 minutes long. I checked the duaration length in the search and it registered in 20-30 minutes part. It has plenty of space combat. Has a great story. Published it. It got 37 reviews with 4.38/5 rating. That didn't work. Edited I even made a copy of it and republished it to reset the reviews to having none hoping that will work somehow. This was my best foundry and it STILL doesn't qualify. It already has 5 foundry reviews, all good.

This foundry isn't like the "hit the console and done" foundries. It has a fantastic story with dialogue all around and multiple maps. I've done everything I could to get it qualified, been at this for a month already.

So...why? Why doesn't it qualify? Or do I have to talk to someone to get it qualified? This is getting pretty ridiculous.

I don't mean to double post but this is a really good mission and anyone looking for a new one to play should try this one out.
