The New Elachi Warships?

Maybe I am just missing it...or not hitting enough sectors...but I am not seeing too many of these vessels flying around.

I have yet to see a Battleship - I have seen a few of the escorts every now and then. I have not seen either of these vessels in STFs yet -- I take that back -- I think I saw the escort in a CSE.

To be honest...the consoles to me are nothing to write home to mom about...and even the Haywire set - you have to give up a damage dealing weapon for an incapacitating one...I am not sure it is worth it.

Am I missing something? I tend to spend the vast majority of my time in Romulan, Borg, and Klingon space...so maybe that is it...are these ships more common in Fed space?

    ...They JUST came out. I'd give it another week or so before you start seeing them more often.

    I see more battleships than escorts out there right now. Although day 1 I got into a match with an escort that had a full lobi set (he had the haywire effect) and the Monbosh console (since he summoned the support craft). It was pretty crazy.

    I've seen a fair few of them in Ker'rat, and I've been on the receiving end of those weapons, consoles and general pain. Not sure how well they do in PvE but yeah, the PvP gap has widened some more.

    Well, i have one of the ecorts, but i do not use it.

    The main reason for that is, i do not have the equipment for it.

    It comes pre fitted with the basic MK X white gear, in this case Elachi weapons, a mixture
    of beam/cannon/dual beam/torps.

    Now, i personaly would not use it with other weapons then Elachi weapons, but i do not have any of those which would be good enough to put them into an ESTF, so i stick to my other ships.

    I've seen a few of the escorts around. Mostly seeing the Monbosh, though.

    They are the least interesting ships we had from lockbox so far. They are not bad, but they are what you expect from a Cstore ship, not a lockbox ship (except from the unique skin). The Elachi are not iconic enough like the Dominion/Cardie, to have sells on their names only.

    The DOFFs are not interesting (damage bonus increase against Elachi ? Yeah super great....), the MU ship are not new, the console is average at best...

    To me the battleship looks like me Metapod "pokemon" :D aiming with dhc on it is not easy because of its strange shape cant tell if it is the right angle to fire cannons !!
