Fleet Hangar.

A new fleet facility.

A hangar that can only hold fleet issue ships that can only be built by fleet provisioning projects that get special bonuses for being fitted with all fleet gear and permission to access the hangar is a selectable attribute by the fleet leader for each rank. Nobody else can use the ship while it is 'occupied' by any fleet member, so you either gotta time-share the ships or get multiple ships to reside in the hangar. No player owns the ships, the fleet does, so no player can sell the ships or any of the gear on the ships. The hangar itself and the provisioning projects cost Dil, so PWE makes money selling Zen for conversion to Dil, and the players get a new class of ships only available to fleets.

    I don't think anyone would go for something like this.

    doesnt really sound like a good idea.

    you can already build special ships with the fleet system.. that are only available to fleets..
    you provision the ships and buy them with fleet credits and modules..
    [12:35] Vessel Two of Two Unimatrix 01 deals 225232 (271723) Plasma Damage to you with Plasma Lance.
    [12:44] Vessel One of Two Unimatrix 01 deals 1019527 (1157678) Kinetic Damage to you with Plasma Energy Bolt Explosion.

    Have to agree with what the others have said about this idea. The next Fleet Holding needs to have Colonial, Medical, Espionage, and/or Exploration. A listening post and a hospital on some colony are possible ideas for the next fleet holding.
