Patching stalls at 85%...

As has happened so many times before. Today's patch (8/15/2013) has stalled at ~85%. Now I know its not my internet connection. But it might be the number of players trying to download the patch. Which begs the question: Is PWE gambling on the fact that most of us will quit playing soon? Otherwise it seems appropriate that the patch servers might be due for at least a modest upgrade. Which I'm sure PWE/Cryptic can afford.
