Desapearing Item And Duty Officer ... Arghhh

Ok devs you guys have to check your logs for the past week; i lost all my Purple Duty officer that were not in active roster space .... 10 total wich i found out since i wanted to equip 3 x torpedo reducing time purple borg ..... There all gone

I check filters
I check assigment
I check that i havent destroyed them for blue officer
I check all miasion logs ... Wr cant loose - due purple duty officer
I check for execute mission
I check i could not have trade them neither sale bound

So what the hell.... I even lots all my neural borg processor from all my chars..... Check your logs and tell what kind of weird update you did caused im freaking out; thanks in advanced .

    If you have an issue go through the proper channels and file a Support Ticket. No one on the forum can help you with your problem, so you're just wasting your time. Be prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for a reply as well.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    You best write them an Email. In-game tickets are being ignored. Well, to be honest.... so are mails but I guess that's your best shot.

    Still..... given what's been happening in the past months I'd regard them as lost. They don't care.

    Csmic im looking for solution; not your personal vision on the client service of cryptic; we all know it; niw please anyone have better idea to find my duty officer ....

    My last ticket was answered in 9 days - filed on the 23rd and answered on the 1st, so they're clearly not being ignored.

    My personal view? What are you talking about?

    Company policy is if something is not working for you, you file a Ticket. The Support team doesn't come to the STO forum as they work for PW, not Cryptic. The only way to get Support is to file a Support Ticket.

    I can happily supply a dozen links from BranFlakes stated the same thing if you'd like.

    So your saying since STO beling to PW and the forum was CRIPTYC; nobody check the forum ..... What kind of shiiity provider is PW then .... Thats explain alot.

    Well counted for lost ... this is your second strike PW; im so pissed with your service.

    Are you afraid to file a Support Ticket? I promise you, no one will bite you, hit you, or yell at you if you file a Ticket.

    It takes all of 5 minutes - just explain your situation calmly and with as much detail as possible. It's better to take a chance on getting them back to then to do nothing and just write it off.

    The only thing you are going to get from PW on the forums is Brandon popping in and telling you to file a ticket, then movies the thread to bug report section.

    I was yelled at by Billing support for daring to question them about my lack of stipend, which they have since paid me (and some) thanks to putting in a complaint to the BBB.
    Some of Cryptic support particularly the GM team are quite polite and helpful however, they did give me an extra respec token when mine disappeared.
