passive powers

Im wondering if all the passive powers from the reputations stack upon one another like if im tier 5 in omega tier 3 in tholian and tier 5 in new romulus do all those passives work at the same time or do I have to have said sets on to get those passives to work

    All reputation tier passives will work at all times, and have nothing to do with having any particular set.

    I wouldn't bet on the odds of them working at the same time, since many of them have a chance to do XYZ. But the ones that are a flat hull strength or shield recharge buff, yeah, they're not mutually-exclusive or anything, and not tied directly to any equipment sets.

    ty very much guys and gals now I will actually get to tier 5 in all of them just for the weapon and shield passives

    Just don't expect them to turn your ship into an invincible uberkiller. I selected all defensive rep passives, and it is still quite possible to make my Fleet Defiant go *kaboom*.
