What would you rather have?

Would you rather have their be a penalty ban if someone leaves before 15 min as it currently is or would you rather have it so people can leave at any time without ban?

I personally would rather have no penalty ban so if I am in a game with a know troll I can leave with no penalty. Twice today a member from a Fleet I can't name but is know for trolling has been entering ground missions and causing people grief in the missions. I hate being forced to wait or leave and get a penalty.

Edit: I know if their was no penalty their would be trolls who leave missions making team be short handed but that is better then trolls who make some missions impossible to complete forcing someone to chose between two unpleasant choices of waiting to be able to leave with no penalty or leave and get a penalty.

    If you decide to leave with suffering the penalty, instead do what you can to cause the mission to fail and grief them back. As for me I prefer to wait out the 15mins and than leave.

    Tried to play a lot of Infected: Manus (Elite) mission and members from a fleet that I cant name but has bad reputation showed up a lot and was griefing players in it. They would run ahead of everyone getting the drones to assimilate officers so no one can get optional when players need it to complete accolade and then when people just want to finish the mission would go in the mini boss room with Stealth Module and remain cloaked in their preventing the mission from being able to be completed.

    Their was no way to grief them back because they only cared about annoying people not completing mission. I really wish I could leave the moment I see someone from that fleet in a mission without penalty because I know that they are going to grief people and they always do when I have seen them their.

    I really hate the current system in place.
