Species 8472 ships

Would these be a good idea for a possible future lockbox for the ships -adapted to be used by fed/romu/kdf?

    Bio ships were made to be piloted by a single being...so no I don't see them being playable for numerous reasons.

    I believe those ships are genetically attuned to their pilots so there should be no way that any other race should be able to pilot them.

    Would be nice if we could pilot some other organic ship. The Vorlon ships from Bablyon 5 has to be one of my favorite ships.

    Canon-wise, no. It would defy the story as badly as giving us purely Borg vessels to fly about in.

    But Cryptic has already broken the precedents of that by the number of unusual ships they've proliferated amongst the players so, from a business sense, they could do it if they wanted to and knew people would buy them to fly something truly alien.

    It would devalue the GPL Undine holoprojectors though. For whatever that's worth.

    People want to fly Star Trek ships in Star Trek Online. A Nicor Cruiser seems like a fit to me!

    And fix terradome, then make it an STF again..
