Embassy Officer of the Watch Mission

Have hailed IKS N'Kora and followed it to New Romulus (twice). Dignitary does NOT beam down. Ship returns to warp gate and leaves. Unable to resolve mission and receive Fleet Marks.
TT# 1.913,158.

Also, unable to login to forum for 5-8 minutes to report this. Internet connection good..able to access other sites.
