Exchanging Reputation marks for Fleet marks

I think that we should have option to exchange our reputation marks for Fleet marks. For example in ratio 3:1.
As a Captain I can help certain factions/organizations but instead taking whole glory for myself I show what Fleet I work for.
It could work similar to current mark->dilithium exchange. Put 30 rep mark in project and get 10 FM in return.

If they do that, I want to see the ability to convert Fleet Marks for Reputation Marks or Dilithium. I have way more Fleet Marks than I need, but am suffering from a major dilithium shortage due to the fact that I seem to be the only one in my fleet that spends it on the fleet holdings.
