wheres the Reman BOFF

just completed the Romulan main story line (on a fed toon) and theres no Reman BOFF?
in the convo with Obisek at the end theres talk of a reman transferring over but i dont see him anywhere???

anyone shed any light on this?

    The Reman boff is a limited reward from the first run of the series that you can only get during special rerun events now.
    FKA K-Tar, grumpy Klingon/El-Aurian hybrid. Now assimilated by PWE.
