SO far, this only seems to occur in preview mode, I havent seen it happen elsewhere yet.
1)NPCs will rubberband upon loading to some distance away. This so far is only occurring on space maps, they will load, then catapult roughly 20km away from your location. This happens with friendly and unfriendly NPCs.
2)Ground BOffs loading in space. Generally these seem to spawn at the location NPC groups catapult to. You can then fly up and circle your BOffs...its kinda creepy
