In the kdf spotlight "Silent Night" I am spawning and respawning without an away team on the Romulan ship interior map that happens during the objective "Counterstrike." Can anyone else please test and confirm this? My current objective is "reach the brig" and there is nothing I can do to find or spawn my boffs.
I cannot finish the boss battle without my team.
edit: leaving the mission and reentering it returned my boffs to me.

This may have just been some lag somewhere between the server and your computer, especially as your Boffs did appear when you reloaded the mission.
Still, if you guys start seeing this happen frequently, let me know.

Consider yourself notified. It happens a lot in ground foundry missions thanks to this bug. My away team is fully set up BTW, it just fails to load on map changes and it affects foundry maps a lot more than regular maps for some reason.

OK, I'll look into this. Is it correct that you've seen this happen on regular maps but it just happens more often on Foundry maps? I just want to make sure I'm clear on the situation.
Have you filed any bug reports when this occurred? If so, can you get me the bug report number(s)?
Haven't done bug report but this has happened to my FED and Romulan toons too. One place was under Drazana and sometimes I will enter turbolift with BOFFs and come off without.

Some additional details, just in case it gives us something to go on. When it happened to me, I was transitioning from an interior map to another interior map, I think. The spawn point was not in a corner, but the space was fairly small. I didn't see them teleported or pushed to a different part of the map. The pathing seemed normal, although (when I had them back) boffs got stuck a lot trying to walk through built in walls to get to me. Map was one of the Romulan interiors (the one with tons of long skinny hallways).
Selecting reinforcements did nothing and I had no visual character portraits for the boffs. I died and respawned in a different section many times, still without the boffs. I'll let you know if it happens again.

The bug with the boffs not fully loading on map transfers is affecting all the characters I have been using since LOR launched, so I cannot give you steps to reproduce it. Some people suggested that having extra boff slots can be a cause but as a lifer I have extra slots on every character so I cannot test that.
On ground maps the boffs that are not assigned to the landing party are not loaded and on space the boffs that are not part of the bridge crew are not loaded, usually. Even this can be inconsistent. Commissioning, dismissing or trading commissioned boffs can alter what boffs are not loaded too. Sometimes the boffs are replaced with ship icons in the character screen.
The first time it showed up was during the closed beta of LOR and it was fixed in Tribble before the launch of the expansion. The bug showed up again in holodeck in one of the early LOR patches and has been there ever since.
I haven't touched the foundry since S7, but since the bug seems to be game wide...
The issue with the BOFFs not slotting correctly seems to be related in some way to a bug which causes some BOFFs (it seems random which ones) to display as ships in the equip window when on a ground/interior map. Selecting one of those BOFFs in your equip menu seems to cause the game to recheck those values and will usually sort everything out, even re-seating them in your starship and away team lists.
Don't know if it'll help any, but I figure it can't hurt.
