i cant get the arc overlay to work..

when im in the game, and i push shf-tab its supposed to open up a web browser?

all that happens tho is my mouse changes to white and i cant click on anything..

besides all of the advertisements what is the use of this program?

    I assume that once it gets done with testing the intent of Arc will be to unify all of PW's games into a single Launcher. This is quite common with gaming companies which have multiple MMOs to choose from. Cryptic tried something similar with STO and CO when it was owned by Atari but couldn't quite get it to work.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
