DOFF Not Functioning

Hello all i Just Purchased a very rare (Purple) Doff Zemok Jenro he is supposed to cool down my attack patterns by 15% yet its not working , and yes he is in an active slot, i was wondering as to why his abilities are not working as stated ? :mad:

    just tested it, mine works with both omega and beta
    ofcourse alpha is excluded

    as of why it does not function with your setup, i'd need a little more info on your doff and general setup.

    well its like i stated this is my doff

    I fly a Kumari Escort and Im VA Engineer, i use APO and APB
    if i understand correctly if this doff reduces 15% of 60 Seconds it should be 45 Second Cooldown, yet if i trigger for example APO it still shows 60 Second Cooldown

    Your maths is off.

    15% reduction, not 15s reduction. 60s to 45s is a 25% reduction. A 15% reduction off a 60s cooldown is 9s.

    What happens with these reductions, is it shows you the full amount, than after a second or so the DOFF activates and it reduces further.

    I run an FDO to lower Hanger Cooldowns. They show the initial time than lower it by 1s, the DOFF procs and I lose a few more seconds.
    I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001. :confused:

    yeah it takes atleast 1 second before it activates as dknight said.
    as far as i know this would be the first case of that specific doff not functioning, and as of now i hear nobody having similar issues.

    ofcourse with cryptic there is allways the possibility of a bug even if it affects only 1 player.
    If you still experiance no cd reduction at all, i'm afraid only a gm can help...and that would take some time.
