I need Help

I am shearching for some tactical officer build best for tanking and dps and projectiles, I need it for tal shiar adapted cruiser, but I want that build to be best for jem hadar drednought carrier and tholian reculse ship. My big problems are power levels skills, I changed few times my build because of this. That was realy expensive. and now if someone can tell me some good advices or explain me that skill tree making I will be very glad. Thanks, Newb Spinner (playing after game came to f2p model but I still feel with build like newb)

Given your choice of ships, I don't know if there's one right build for you. A destroyer captain doesn't have much use for Aux power, while a carrier captain DEFINITELY does. If I were you, I'd focus on making the most of the destroyer build, and either make an alt for your Carrier captain, or just accept that your carrier build may be a bit sub-optimal.

How about this: Why don't you post your proposed build on the STO Academy skill planner (link above), and we'll give you some feedback.
