Guy's I'd like to see a permenent Subspace Party Amplifiers i think it's get fun and a shame that its consumed on use.
Also it would be great if we could use our floaters elsewhere inthe game like starfleet academy and stuff.

I too would like to see a permanent party amp, I think it'd be fun to be able to use at any time. And unlike some of the winter stuff, the reason behind not letting it be used outside of certain environments isn't a problem, it only issues forth lights, and an animation, that won't stop you from doing whatever it is you feel like doing.
The floaters, I think it's been said some future maps will likely make use of them.

The Devs did a nice work on those items "Subspace Party Amplifier" and "Floater" that would be very enjoyable to still be able to continue using them.

and would be nice to have the bird exchange on the GPL machine too or some place to exchange them.

No, you can no longer turn in Risian birds unless they hooked up the GPL console to allow it which I haven't seen yet.

Can I just point something out here, please?

Whenever I or someone else has asked to have a simple checkbox to not dance to the party amp, people rage over it. They say it would waste dev time and such. Yet whenever a permanent party amp is mentioned, people would love to have dev time spent on that.

    Just an observation, y'know.
I ask nothing but that you remember me.

I agree, it's a real shame these things are consumable.
