Some pets still are all replaced when summoned instead of only the missing ones.

After testing the 4 pet types I currently have including Advanced stalkers, Advanced perigrines, Advanced romulan drone ships, and Tholian mesh weavers the only ones that operated properly and replaced missing ones when the hangar was used are the Advanced Perigrines. The other 3 types from above that I tested continued to operate as they do on Holodeck where the pets are all replaced thus causing a loss of the pets ranks they've gained.
