I do believe it is time to take another look at this. This mission unlocks at lvl 9. On KDF side at lvl 24. With the KDF now available from lvl 1, there is no longer a need to have the level lock so high. This is an unnecessary restriction that also affects any Romulans aligned with the KDF.

    Yeah, they somehow forgot all the unlocks. My KDF characters can only get their duty officer Tribble rewards from the C-Store on level 24 (well, except Ang the Vicious, the box he comes in seemingly counters that).
    FKA K-Tar, grumpy Klingon/El-Aurian hybrid. Now assimilated by PWE.

    The lore mission is similar for kdf and I know this has been fixed in the current tribble build. However I can't say whether mining is also fixed.
    Well I can't forget a face but I won't remember y'all.
