Question About Support Tickets

When I look at my open tickets, I see my GM questions, but not my bug reports. This makes me think that my bug reports are not being sent. Either they ARE being sent and it's designed into the system that I can't see them. Or they are not going through.
His methods have become unsound.

    They are being sent, but there is no need for you to be able to see them since they won't be responded to, but hopefully just fixed.
