That's true, I forgot about the APD post. I don't really get why they would effectively double up the reduction of effect on -DRR powers though. If higher DRR already reduces the increased damage that a -DRR power would cause, why further reduce the -DRR effect? Would definitely help to get some clarification.

Don't forget, in regard to how much of a "nerf" this appears to be in regard to the proc itself...
    /snip

    Nan-Dis is -5 DRR
    Pla-Dis is -10.6 DRR
    Pol-Dis is -11 DRR

    /snip
    /snip

    Nan-Dis drops DR to ~25%
    Pla-Dis drops DR to ~7%
    Pol-Dis drops DR to ~6%
    Nan-Dis + Pla-Dis or Pol-Dis and it's ~1-2%
    All three? -10%

    /snip

The guy started with 27% (37.5 DRR).

    Unresisted procs would have been:
    Nan-Dis to 24.3%
    Pla-Dis to 21.1%
    Pol-Dis to 20.8%

    Resisted procs would have been:
    Nan-Dis to 25.1%
    Pla-Dis to 22.8%
    Pol-Dis to 22.6%

The resisted Nan-Dis number ~matches what was seen in testing. What was seen in testing ~matches what Hawk said.

It is the Pla-Dis, Pol-Dis, and the Dis which are broken and being fixed. They're not being nerfed.

The Pla-Dis was never meant to drop 27% DR down to ~7%. The Pol-Dis was never meant to drop 27% DR down to ~6%.

For those DR %'s, you're looking at a DRR of 6-8...which would mean that the Pla-Dis/Pol-Dis were applying a DRR debuff of 29-32 instead of 10.6-11.

edit: Don't forget, the Nan-Dis is the newest of those weapons.

    edit2: Found the post...
Because Disruptor debuffs were being boosted by bonus damage, a de-cloaking disruptor boat running a full alpha strike with 3-5 disruptor tac consoles could easily put out a debuff somewhere between 4 to 7 times higher than intended.

...regarding that -DRR being higher than intended.

    But still, two questions remain:

    1) Should they stack?
    2) Is there one 2.5% for the Pla-Dis/Pol-Dis to apply both or two 2.5% with the chance to apply both?

I can think of a few other questions.

    1. Do the hybrid disruptor procs stack with themselves?
    2. Does the normal disruptor proc stack with itself?
    3. Does the normal disruptor proc stack with the hybrid disruptor procs?
    4. Does the spiral wave disruptor proc stack with itself and with the other disruptor procs?
    Waiting for a programmer ...

Yeah, I don't have any normal Disruptors on those two guys - nor do I have the SWDs. So I couldn't test with them.

    But yeah, those last two...

Since I was able to stack Nan-Dis, Pla-Dis, and Pol-Dis...could the Dis and SWD-Dis stack as well...meaning that if the planets aligned, could you five stack?

Also, does anybody know if the SWDs are dual proc like the Pla-Dis and Pol-Dis (and obviously like the Nan-Dis since it is one proc for both)...?

As for #1, I never saw them stack with themselves - never saw them extend either, though. Curious to know though...
