I went and reactivated my account makign it a gold account today. When i did i received and odd set fo emails. The first said was to notify me that I had cancelled my account and they were sorry to see me go followed 2 minutes latter by a message notifying that I had changed my subscription (however it did not make mention of my either resubing it or of cancelling it). I received no billing notices concerning the charges. However, if i go to my account it shows it as having been activated as well as my toons showing the increased bank and inventory slots.
Is this mix up in emails notices normal? Also, it is common on says a weekend for them to not instantly do the billing?
